RCC Design

Civil Design Our civil division designs individual site plans, road way designs, hydraulics, waste water collection and treatment systems, and infrastructure improvements.

 
Our site plan included substantial buffers to the existing single-family residential homes, design of two roads, sanitary sewer extension, utility design, drainage and a vehicular bridge over the stream. NJDEP permitting for both wetlands and stream encroachment and construction survey stakeout have rounded out the services our firm provided for this successful development.

The property now enjoys the status as one of the areas finest catering facilities and is regularly photographed as one of the most picturesque facilities in the tri-state area. The property is regularly featured on The Sopranos. The project won the Governor’s Award for Excellence.

Pleasantdale Chateau & Conference Resort
The project included the geotechnical investigation and recommendations for foundation design and structural design for a three-story 119,000 square foot hotel.
